Embody Naturopath requires a credit card on file to secure your appointment and enable contactless payments. This ensures a smooth and safe experience for both you and us, allowing us to spend more time focused on your care instead of handling payments after your session.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed visits prevent us from offering the time to other patients in need. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost, and those made within 24 hours—or missed appointments—will be charged 100% of the appointment fee to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Communication is key when dealing with your health. Email can be a great way

to communicate with the clinic, but cannot be used to address health

concerns. All health related follow ups and questions must be addressed in a

visit. Please allow 3-5 business days for email replies.

Naturopathic services are not covered by OHIP.

We are currently accepting patients only in Ontario.

Currently, we do not offer direct billing for insurance purposes, but if you have

naturopathic coverage you will be provided with an itemized receipt with all the

necessary information required for submitting to your insurance provider.
